Home » Great Leaders Are Great Managers
Great, successful leaders and visionaries have one major thing in common, and that is their ability to manage. They are great managers and they properly steward what they are responsible for managing. To see success in your business, you will need to be an excellent manager and steward of your tasks, employees, skill set, time, services, finances and all other aspects of your business.
Many people want the increase but until you learn to be a good manager, you will not be able to handle it, nor will the opportunity to increase be granted to you. The Bible gives us a clear example of this in the parable of the three servants and the talents; two of the three servants proved that they were excellent managers and were rewarded with increase while the third proved that he was too afraid to make the wise business decisions that would lead to increase (Matthew 25:14-30).
If you are ready to see an increase in your business, you must first position yourself to be a great manager and wise steward. Lasting success begins with how well you manage what you’ve already been given. When you’re faithful with little, you’re prepared to multiply much.
